నూతన సంవత్సర వేడుకల్లో ఎలాంటి దుర్ఘటనలు లేకుండా ప్రత్యేక చర్యలు చేపట్టారు. ప్రమాద రహితంగా న్యూ ఇయర్ వేడుకలు జరుపుకునేందుకు జంట నగరాల కమీషనర్లు పలు నిబంధనలను రూపొందించారు. న్యూ ఇయర్ నిబంధనలు కింది విధంగా ఉన్నాయి.

నూతన సంవత్సర వేడుకులను రాత్రి 8 నుంచి 1 గంట వరకు నిర్వహించాలి.
వేడుకల నిర్వాహకులు పోలీసుల అనుమతి తీసుకోవాలి.

వేడుకలు జరిగే ప్రాంతాల్లో తప్పనిసరిగా సీసీ కెమెరాలను ఏర్పాటు చేయాలి.

డీజేకు అనుమతి లేదు, 45 డెసిబెల్స్‌ మ్యూజిక్‌ శబ్దం మించకూడదు.

డ్రగ్స్‌, మత్తు పదార్థాలు విక్రయించవద్దు.

ట్రాఫిక్‌ రద్దీ, జామ్‌లు తలెత్తకుండా సెక్యూరిటీ గార్డులను ఏర్పాటు చేసుకోవాలి.
