దిశా కేసు నిందితుల ఎన్‌కౌంటర్

దిశ కేసు నిందితులను పోలీసులు ఎన్‌కౌంటర్ చేశారు. మొత్తం నలుగురు నిందితులను షాద్ నగర్ సమీపంలోని చటాన్ పల్లి వద్ద ఎన్‌కౌంటర్ చేసి చంపేశారు. పోలీసులు తెలిపిన వివరాల ప్రకారం.. సీన్ రీకన్‌స్ట్రక్షన్ చేసే సమయంలో నిందితులు పోలీసుల కళ్లుగప్పి పారిపోయేందుకు ప్రయత్నించారు. అంతేగాక పోలీసుల వద్ద ఉన్న ఆయుధాలను లాక్కునే ప్రయత్నం చేశారు. దాంతో వారిపై పోలీసులు కాల్పులు జరిపారు. దిశాను చంపేసిన తగులబెట్టిన చోటే నలుగురు రేపిస్టులు చనిపోయారు. తెల్లవారుజామున 3.30 గంటలకు ఈ ఘటన జరిగినట్లు సమాచారం. నలుగురి మృతదేహాలను షాద్ నగర్ ప్రభుత్వ ఆస్పత్రికి తరలించారు. ఈ ఘటనలో పలువురు పోలీసులు సైతం గాయపడినట్లు తెలుస్తోంది.

దిశ హత్య కేసు నిందితులను బుధవారం పోలీస్ కస్టడీకి షాద్ నగర్ కోర్టు అనుమతిచ్చింది. అనంతరం చర్లపల్లి జైలు నుంచి నిందితులను తమ ఆధీనంలోకి తీసుకున్న పోలీసులు.. గురువారం విచారణ చేశారు. శంషాబాద్‌లోని తొండుపల్లి గేట్ సమీపంలో దిశాను హత్యాచారం చేసిన చోటుకు తీసుకెళ్లి.. వివరాలు సేకరించారు. రేప్ చేసిన ప్రాంతానికి కొద్ది దూరంలో పాతిపెట్టిన దిశా సెల్‌ఫోను స్వాధీనం చేసుకొన్నారు.

నవంబరు 28న రాత్రి శంషాబాద్ సమీపంలోని తొండుపల్లి టోల్ గేట్ సమీపంలో లారీలపై పని చేసే నలుగురు వ్యక్తులు దిశాను అత్యాచారం చేసి హత్య చేశారు. అనంతరం మృతదేహాన్ని లారీలో తీసుకెళ్లి షాద్ నగర్ సమీపంలోని చటాన్ పల్లి అండర్ బ్రిడ్జి వద్ద తగులబెట్టారు. ఈ హత్యాచార ఘటన తెలంగాణతో పాటు దేశవ్యాప్తంగా సంచలనం రేపింది. నలుగురు నిందితులను నడిరోడ్డుపై ఉరితీయాలని అందరూ డిమాండ్ చేస్తున్న సమయంలోనే.. వారిని తెలంగాణ పోలీసులు ఎన్‌కౌంటర్ చేశారు.

The police have encountered the accused in the Disha case.  All four accused were shot dead at Chatan Palli near Shadnagar.  According to police, the accused tried to flee during the scene reconstruction.  They also tried to lock down the weapons at the police station.  The police opened fire on them.  The four rapists who died were killed in the burning of the direction.  It was reported that the incident occurred at 3.30am.  The four bodies were taken to the Shadnagar government hospital.  Many policemen were also injured in the incident.

 Shadnagar court allowed police custody on Wednesday.  Afterwards, the police took the accused from Charlapalli Jail.  Dissan was taken to a place near Tondupalli Gate in Shamshabad.  Disha's cellphone was seized, buried a short distance from the rape area.

 On the night of November 28, four persons working in lorries near Thodupalli toll gate near Shamshabad were raped and murdered.  The body was then taken in a lorry and burned at Chatan Palli Under Bridge near Shadnagar.  This murderous incident has taken place across Telangana and around the country.  Telangana police encounter all the four accused while they are demanding the execution of Nadirodu.
